Protection:
We take great care to protect your property. Our team will move, wrap, and mask off all furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, sidewalks, steps, decks, driveways, garden beds, and other exterior items or surfaces that are not to be painted, as per your specific requests.
Pressure Washing:
Light pressure washing will be done to remove dirt, silt, and other residue from surfaces. Hand-washing will be performed where needed.
Cleaning:
Environmentally-friendly cleaners may be used to address stubborn spots or stains.
Surface Preparation:
We will scrape off any loose paint, lightly sand the surfaces to smooth them out, and apply wood filler to any damaged areas, including trim, fascia, soffits, and other woodwork.
Priming and Coating:
All prepped areas will be primed as needed. All surfaces designated for painting will receive two coats of paint, in line with our standard quality policy.
Daily Clean-Up:
All trash and construction debris will be removed from the job site each day to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Final Clean-Up:
Upon completion, the job site will be thoroughly cleaned to the same standard—or better—than the condition in which it was initially presented at the start of the project.
